My response on the assisted suicides.
I believe if people want to die, to be put out of thier misery when they have a deadly illness, they should have that right. However, i do believe it should be doctor assisted. I disagree with having random people assist you and tell you how to kill yourself. That seems really stupid. I understand that its illegal in some states, i think it should be legalized. The only thing that makes me second guess this is that people might some how take advantage of it. so thats my response, although i really dont care about this issue because people can do whatever they want with thier lives, it has nothing to do with me.

I agree!!!
ReplyDeletei dont think people should be able to end thier lives with or without assisitance. thats just my opinion...
ReplyDeleteI agree if the person really wants to kill themselves then it's their choice they shoudl just do it with a doctor around instead of depoending on people who don't have any medical degrees and think they know what they are doing.

I agree random people shouldn't be trying to help others kill themselves. If it can become legalized people will take advantage of it and then there will be more suicides and for no reason at all.
ReplyDeleteWOW! Its amazing tome how so many people don't appreciate life. Life is given to you its a gift you do not have the right to take it away from the creator who has given it to you. I am not a preacher or anything but i truely believe in life til death and not a death commit by yourself. I mean that just crazy and even more painfilled... think about killing yourself! EWWWWWWWWW need to check in to an ayslum for mental people. If your sick and dieing stay sick and ide maybe it will be worth it but whimping out on life because your in extreme pain is an excuse of being sorry for the time you had on earth. So if you disagree with me you need to look into the bigger picture!
ReplyDeleteThis is a complex issue that ties into an individual's personal spiritual and moral beliefs. Euthanasia is not about simply killing a person. It is a process involving health professionals, as well as often friends and family. Most importantly this is about being able to maintain one's dignity as you transition towards death. A deeper question to ask is how does reflect on us as Americans. There are countries that have programs set up to help people in this situation.
